Physical characteristics: Thiraiki gi (Pozzolan or Volcanic ash - pumice) comes from Greek islands Milos or Nisiros, and is a main ingredient of the traditional plaster Eco-kourasani.
It is high in active SiO2 (average 55%), the specific weight of the material is 2,4 gr / cm ³. The final product 0-75 mm the surface according to Blaine is 7.000 cm ² / gr. The content in water soluble alkalis according to ASTM is very low.

Durability & Pozzolans:

-6,5 - 9 Ν/mm2 depending on the size of the grain
-7 days > 90% and
-28 days > 99% acc. ASTM C618
